Our kids and teens classes are full of happy, supportive for kids and young adults, who understand that exercise is about having fun, caring for our bodies, and developing strength, flexibility and most importantly, confidence.
These classes will help you build and refine your specialised aerial skills alongside performance quality, and are the home of many of our budding aerialists and future coaches-in-training, as well as students who just want to have fun with new and old friends.
